Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services — which involve professional time, consultation, and digital deliverables — no refunds will be issued once the payment has been successfully made, except in cases of a proven error or non-performance from our end.
If such an error occurs, TaxEdge will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue service credits equivalent to the amount, which can be used for future services.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation only within 24 hours of making the payment and before the work has commenced.
Once our professionals begin the assigned task or any part of the service has been delivered, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted.
However, if the client wishes to discontinue the ongoing service, the remaining balance amount (if any) will be kept as credit in the client’s account with no expiry, which can be adjusted for any future service with TaxEdge.

Return Policy
Since we provide digital and professional services, there is no physical product return applicable.
Clients may, however, request revisions or clarifications in the delivered service within a reasonable time frame, depending on the nature of the service.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
As TaxEdge provides digital professional services, no physical shipping or delivery is applicable.
All reports, documents, and deliverables will be shared digitally via email, client dashboard, or other secure online methods.
Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the time of service initiation and may vary depending on the complexity of the service and client cooperation in providing necessary information.
